Feature Request - CAPTCHA for User Account Creation Workflow

Hello Team,

We have recently observed a significant increase in unwanted user accounts being created on our production site, Beauty School Store (https://beautyschoolstore.com/).

we need to stop this in some way by adding a CAPTCHA in the user account workflow in Optimizely OOB. we might need to log the attempts being made so we can make sure there's no issue.
