ContentArea UI design: indicate "user has no access" when it shouldn't

Senario: Current logged in editor has not access to Edit the current page, and all props are greyed out. Ok enouth. But, inside a contentarea there are blocks that the current editor do have Edit access to. But theese blocks are also greyed out, eventhough if the user hover over the block it will be possible see the "tree lines" (aka contextmenu) and accually click to edit the block. But this is not intuitive.

Can you change the UI styling for this senario.
