Add support for vnet private endpoint

Hi,

We checked with the support team and currently setting up vnet private endpoint peering with customer's own Azure vnet is not supported for the Optimizely Content Cloud. We think that this is a very common practice to connect Optimizely CMS to customer's own Azure resources whether in the same region or cross region and should be supported
