Option to automatically replace a block by another block (ID --> new ID)

At this moment I have a couple of blocks that are used on many pages (like Contact Us block). It would be nice if I could replace all these blocks (ID) with a newly created Block (ID). For instance, replace a text block by a double collum text block in one shot!

    I once more encountered this issue. To fix this a lot of time is taken. I can only manually replace all the blocks with the new one and remove the old one after which I save each page individually.
