Unable to adjust visibility of individual commerce pages

We are unable to adjust the visibility of individual commerce pages. Commerce pages inherit their visibility settings from their parent category, unlike CMS pages which can have their visibility changed individually.

This is a big problem for us. We need the ability to allow/disallow certain visitor groups see certain commerce pages, much like we can with CMS pages. Being able to adjust a whole product category isn't useful to us; we need to be able to do this on an individual product basis.

Is this something that we can get implemented?
