Option to create a new page directly from the Select Page dialog

An option to create a new page and link directly to it from the Select Page would be really nice feature.

In a first version maybe the option to select the page name and type then a page skeleton will be created and linked in the Select Page dialog.

Then an option to go to the new page or continue work on the current page/block.

This would make the content editors workflow smoother.
