Shortcuts are not working as they used to in version 12

Hi,
Whilst hosting a business user CMS course I noticed that the shortcuts are broken. It isn't possible to choose pages to add as a shortcut to, only assets.
Is this related to the DAM integration?
Thanks in advnace for letting me know if you will create a bug ticket for this as a CSM customer has asked about this.
