Editing Single LinkItem

This is related to support ticket: #1080141

In version 12.15.1 at least, when you add a property to a page or block that is a LinkItem (As opposed to a LinkItemCollection) the 'Edit' option takes you to the target of the link, instead of allowing you to edit the link. This is a bad experience. Basically, you cant edit a link item. If you want to edit it, you need to delete it and make a new link. This is also different than how a LinkItemColelction works. In a LinkItemCollection, you can edit a single link.
