Share Product Lists to Individual User From Admin

Currently, within Admin there is only the capability to share product lists (wish lists) at the bill to (company) level. The issue with this is these lists are being shared to all users from the bill to (company) rather than a single individual user.


I would like to propose having the ability to share to all users on a bill to (as is set now) OR be able to share a product list (wish list) with only a single user on a bill to address. This meaning the product list would only appear on that specific user's account rather than all users.


My current path to upload these product lists looks like such:

Admin -> Marketing -> Communication -> Lists -> Create List -> Upload file related to that list created -> Edit List -> Customers Tab -> Assign customer -> Select Customer Number -> Assign.
