Overlapping page name wrapping on Convert Page tool

Issue

If you have long page names then the Page Selector on the Convert Page tool can show these as overlaid on the next item in the list. This is more pronounced if the item is nested further into the content tree.

e.g. a third level item called "Climate Change and Sustainability in Financial Services" causes this issue.

How To Reproduce:

  1. Go to the Convert Pages Tool

  2. Click on the Select Page button

  3. Expand the content tree to select a page a few levels deep

  4. Note that long page names result in wrapping of text that overlaps the item on the next row.
