Add counts, search, and pagination to projects overview screen.

As a content author/editor, I want to be able to easily see an overview of content items in my project as well as search for specific content items. I want to be able to see counts of content items by publish status (draft/ready for publish/publish). When my projects are large (5000+ items) I want to be able to quickly and easily browse through the entirety of the project contents.
