Disable plugin from back-end (Admin mode)

Sometimes, there are some problems with third-party, it can lead to customers not being able to edit/publish content or cause the site to crash. If the problem occurs on production environment, it will take a long time to uninstall the third-party/plugins from code then have to redeploy on production environment. It would be great if we could allow the user to disable the plugin in Admin mode.
