Possibility to turn off Sticky Tag

In one of the latest upgrades the concept of the Sticky Tag was introduced in the editor view. This basically means that when going back to a previously edited page or block, the tab that was open when leaving will be opened again.

At this moment there is no option to turn this behaviour off and it is proving to be a point of irritation for our editors, who do most of their work in the first tab.

Suggestion
Add a setting that makes it possible to turn the feature of Sticky Tag off and on
