Request submission automation

Allow requests to be submitted and advanced without mutliple "acceptance" actions, i.e., automate this part of the submission while retaining the form details, and assign a workflow to the intake directly.

The ability to 'like' comment replies to show receipt.

Currently you are able to 'like' a comment in a task/WRQ. However, you cannot do the same for replies. Using a 'like' shows receipt without needing to send a notification. It would be great if you could like all comments - origional AND replies.
