Automatically link Intake Brief with the workflow as a rule so that the users do not need to pick one from the dropdown themselves when TASK is created.

Color Code Tasks

I would like the ability to assign a color to a task, similar to campaigns. This would significantly help improve calendar views and help act as another filtering option.

Notify of Task Ownership Change

While the default task owner is the task creator, we often update the owner to reflect the project manager on the task. It would be great if, as the PM, I could get a notification when someone assigns me task ownership just like step ownership.

Dark mode

This isn't an urgent feature request, but I get headaches from looking at light mode all the time and having a dark mode would be very useful.

Moving Content Between Plan & Library

Folders should be able to be created in a Campaign or Task, for asset organization. Folders should be able to be imported into Campaign or Task, as well as Collections.

Multiselect users in 'Users & Teams' view

Add a checkbox + 'select all' feature in User & Teams interface. Reason, we want to delete multiple users (ex all 'Expired') from the platform. Now you need to do it one by one, very time consuming.

There is no way to search all form submissions. I can get a report that shows there was a bounced email from a form submission to abc@xyz.com with the date and time, but I can't search Optimizely to find that form submissions, you can only search ...
