'All' Dropdown option in currency filter

As a customer, in the Personalization Portal reporting section, I want to be able to select all currencies, so that I can see their combined revenue.

At present, if a customer has multiple currencies in one portal, they are unable to see a combined amount. Instead, they have to switch between each currency, export the raw data, and then do their own data manipulations and currency conversions to calculate the total amount of revenue and rec-revenue.

We should provide an 'all' option in the dropdown which combines the total for the customer. The currency conversions would translate all values into their default currency, providing a more global view for the customer.
