Ability to configure the options in the Active Publishing Environment dropdown

Wausau has recently been provisioned with a second sandbox environment which will act as a pre-prod environment. They would like to have the option to select this environment in PIM for running the B2B PublishApprovedProducts job. Support has indicated that this is not a current capability of the site.
