Customize/change work request page

This work request submission page is currently all blank and I see a lot of opportunities to customize it as a landing page for people outside the creative team looking to request work from us. I would love to be able to add in the process, layout the different request form (vs a drop down menu) and link to our brief deck, which comes before the work request in our workflow. Just a thought as we're currently redirecting people to a different landing page for that.
