Override Inherited Permissions in Library Sub-Folder

Today, sub-folders in the library inherit the sharing permissions of their parent folders. By default, that's fine, but we'd like the opportunity to override that set of permissions. For example - I want to create a folder with all Top-of-Funnel content, then add a sub-folder for ToFu content related specifically to Canada. Everyone should have access to the parent folder, but I want o give access to only those in Canada for the sub-folder.
