Remove Auto-Fill of Campaign Field

We need to enforce the population of a campaign when creating a task, and the mandatory campaign option is great. But it auto-populates with the most recently viewed campaign, which we'd prefer to turn off. If users don't check that field, they end up adding a task to the wrong campaign. We'd prefer the field was blank so that users were forced to choose a campaign every time.
