Set Step Duration to Hours (in addition to days)

Suggestion for step duration option in the Workflow template: Update to allow for smaller time increments than 1 full day/in business days. We can't use this function because many of our steps are assigned the same day as other steps. It would save us so much time if we could actually use this function, as we wouldn't have to set every single date and time (as the Step Duration is designed to provide).
