Automatically Refresh Request Page

I am part of a routing rule for work requests, and when a work request comes through I receive a notification for it. However, if I am already in the requests area and the board is filtered to the request I receive, this does not update automatically and I have to refresh the page to see that new request at the top

    We've recently released a banner on the work request page to inform users the moment a new request comes in. That banner includes an option to refresh the page, and should make it much easier to keep up with submissions in real-time! We opted not to force the refresh in case users were actively working on a request (leaving a comment, editing fields, etc.) so you'll never lose your spot.
