Request for limited support regarding Azure Storage Queue hosted by DXP

We have a solution that is live now with a large customer and multiple integrations. Storage Queue is being leveraged to elevate the delays of processing data into Opti. We noticed we don't have access to delete or update the queues (though we were able to create new queues).


We understand Storage Queue is not supported by the SLA but it will be very helpful if when needed the Opti team help us when we need to "clear" messages from the queue by submitting a ticket or giving the partner team limited access to clear queues specially on lower environments
