Include in deployments jobs ad-hoc notifications Merged

When performing production deployments, it would be great to have the ability to include not only trigger developer email for notifications (success/errors), also has the ability to include a distribution list so the whole dev team can receive those notifications directly. It happens that developer when do this, then has to send an extra email saying that job was success or not.
