Usability improvements to the campaign list

Some of the following items would help make the campaign list within promotions easier to use:

  1. After saving work, the page jumps back to the top. It would be a lot easier if the user could stay at the same place after clicking save.

  2. Loading speed on the campaign list is slow

  3. Search for the campaign list would make it easier to use.
