Step due dates to start from previous step date (not today's date)

When building multiple steps with due dates, it's a bit frustrating that the due date selector always defaults back to TODAY's date. Because the due dates need to be chronological, it would be helpful if the step due date defaulted to the PREVIOUS STEP's due date (rather than today's date). This would make it faster to skip ahead to the date you require, without always having to fast forward through the calendar to get to the month you need.
