Set Work Request Priority Based on Labels

It would be great if we could set up something akin to a routing rule that would "calcuate" the work request priority based on a set of labels. For example, we might want to make anything that comes from Region A within Business Unit B as a high prioirty. This would both save ust time and ensure the prioiritization is set as consistently as possible.

    Choosing work request priority is now part of Routing Rules!

    Within routing rules settings, you can choose to write rule based on due date, template, or fields. Historically, this has allowed you to set an assignee for the work. But we've now added the ability to set a priority in place of or in addition to an assignee.
