View Work Request Completion Date in List View Column

We would like to see the work request submitted date in a column next to the completed date in order to calculate turnaround time. Today, the completed date is not available as a column for the list view.

    This is now avaiable! Choose to add the column to your view via the column settings cog, drag-and-drop it into the position you want, and update your saved views accordingly.
