Single Selection for Jump To Logic in Work Requests

When the "Jump To" logic is applied to a field in a Work Request, multiple sections appear instead of the single section that should appear for the field selected.

Example (as seen attached):
- The user clicks on 1 field value in a multiple-select dropdown list in the Work Request.
- The applicable section appears for this field value (correct)
- AND sections for additional field values also appear (incorrect)

Ideal State: ONLY the sections that relate to the selected fields should appear for the user.
