Asset Picker recognise historical search filters / folders uploaded from

At the moment, we are selecting a large volume of assets from the same folder using the same field by having to apply the filter each time an asset needs to be uploaded to the CMS. As there is no historical search functionality in the DAM search window recognising the last filter/folder accessed, we are experiencing a significant loss of efficiency on our end.

Can we please have a feature added that presents the last field filtered on and/or the last folder accessed in the picker.
