Ability to view calendar on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis

As a team of marketing directors, we are trying to use events on the calendar view to do our monthly and quarterly planning process.

We put our large initiatives into the calendar as events that run "all day" from Date X-Z. We'd like to be able to view the calendar at a higher level, so that we can see what events show up each week or each month or each quarter, without seeing every single day of the calendar.

When we pull the calendar for next quarter, we see each individual day (90 days) and we'd like to have a view that just breaks that down by week or month for a cleaner look.
