Update file names in public link

We share assets via public links. We found that while we can update the file name in the Welcome library, the file name is not updated and we have had stakeholders confused at the file they are downloading because the name does not match what they expected to receive.


use case:

Admin uploads a file called "Document 2" but in the welcome library, the file name is changed to "Document 3". The stakeholder receives a public link expecting "Document 3" but the downloaded file is titled "Document 2". There is no way to communicate to the stakeholder that the file name has been changed or what name to expect to see.
