Add the ability to customize Utilities

it would be a great help if the Utilities provided OOTB such as ICustomerUtility, ICustomerOrderUtility...etc updated to implement the IExtention interface (we also need to have access to the concrete implementations so that we can do an inheritance and override only the needed methods), sometimes there is a need to customize a method in a Utility, in such cases we are forced to search the code for all usages of this method and change it which sometimes is not possible due to it being in the private dll code.
