Improve UX on LinkField.tsx when no categories available

In Spire, instead of throwing a generic error that the destination isn't available when adding links via widgets that reference LinkField.tsx, provide a more concise message. For example, when there are no categories loaded and you try to add a link in the LinkList.tsx widget, you could say "No categories loaded"...or not show the Category tab at all so we can at least add other types of links?

    Great news! Our team has resolved this and it was included in February 2023 release. You should be able to use this widget even if no categories are loaded.
