Quotes- Ability to Edit and have a LOT of notes

As a customer I'd like the ability to Edit a quote without having to start from scratch. I'd also like to be able to have a space for a LOT of NOTES within the quote. Our sales people work with customers daily and we'd put thru about 10% of our total business thru quotes if we could edit and have room for a lot of notes.
