Integration Jobs Can Be Triggered Externally

Our larger clients have enterprise job scheduling systems for all of their jobs of which InsiteCommerce jobs are only a subset.  From the client's perspective, they would like to be able to manage their InsiteCommerce job scheduling from their one system with all of their other jobs.  This particularly crucial since Insite's refresh jobs are often dependent on internal client jobs finishing first and successfully.
