Ability to update the publishing date

We would like to be able to update the publishing date as it's restrictive against SEO efforts where users need to update the publishing date when refreshing content.

Sync Adobe and CMP Comments/Edits

When we upload or download a PDF with sticky notes to (or from) Welcome, it wipes out all the sticky notes. Is there a way to upload/download of PDFs with edits or comments or sticky notes where those comments don't get wiped out?
