Edit the Requester

Users with Admin level permission should be able to edit the requester, in the use case that someone leaves the company or we want to make a request on behalf of someone.

Include a "Add filters" option in the request module + search option

We would like to have the ability to get the “add filters” option in the request module, which would be identical to the Plan module together with the search options for labels.
